Description:
This position performs assembly of electronic devices and components using a combination of manual techniques and automated testing equipment.
Processes performed include assembly, soldering, SMT, visual inspection and electrical test/inspection.
This position will support multiple product lines.
The organization requires a self-managed, highly skilled, versatile associate with excellent attention to detail, outstanding quality focus, and the ability to excel in a high compliance environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in semi-conductor assembly Attention to detail Ability to follow documented work procedures Time management skills Ability to cross train in multiple assemblies Ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills Preferred Skills:
Component placement machines Cable assembly Soldering Chemical Cleaning SMT Visual inspection using microscopes / X-Ray Computerized tests systems Package testing Familiarity with FBS/lean concepts Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Creativity Package Testing Regulatory Compliance Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
